Our Certified Public Accounting firm has 25 years specializing in Public Housing Authority audits throughout the U.S. with all audits performed having received the required HUD approvals. We have performed over 800 audits since the establishment of our firm in 1980. These audits have been performed under the Single Audit Act of 1984 and in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 85 and OMB Circulars A-128 and A-133.  In addition, we have over two decades of experience auditing governmental entities and non-profit organizations.

Our audits are performed with the strict and required changes to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Yeager & Boyd serves our clients in a most efficient manner –Audits are scheduled when it is convenient for you and your staff. We let you know in advance, the information needed for your audit. The audit will then be conducted in the minimum feasible time to prevent unnecessary disruption
